We can have an auction at your location on the day of your choice. All items must have a UCC search and lien holders must be notified and give us written permission prior to sale. Also by Tennessee law, a list of all Auction items with serial numbers must be given to the Sheriff's department in the local county 30 days prior to Auction Date. As Auctioneers we do represent the consigners best interest. At the same time if their are defects we will announce them prior to the bidding. A lot of our bidders on our mailing list have followed us across the country and depend on our Honesty policies. Our Auction crew will inspect the items with you , inventory and align them for the smoothest sale flow conditions. We can Auction your items , Broker them though our national contacts or post them directly on Internet auction sites to an international market.
